■Check in
・All guest must check in by 21:00 ・After 21:00, please be courteous and careful to not cause trouble to other guests

■Payment

・Please pay at check-in. Cash, various credit cards, transportation IC cards, and PayPay are accepted.

■Things to understand

・This building was made 70 years ago and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

・The shower, toilet, sink, and kitchen are shared for the entire house. You may cook for yourself. A dryer and free towels are also provided. Towel change and toothbrush are 100 yen each.

・There is a public bathhouse within 10 minutes walking distance (Arakawa-yu, 2-10pm, closed on Tuesdays and Saturdays).

・There is no AC in MD (the room is next to the living room and share air conditioning).We will provide traditional Japanese methods for adjusting to the temperature.

・We will provide sheets, pillow covers, etc. Please make your own bed before sleeping.

・There is no washing machine. Please use a nearby laundromat.

・There is no smoking allowed within the building, but you are free to do so outside.

■Parking

・You may use the parking lot (2 parking spots) adjacent to SAMMIE’S for 500 yen per night. Please inform us if you would like to use the parking lot.

■Cancellations

・You may cancel for free up to 7 days from the first day of your stay.
If cancelling between 1-6 days before, you are reponsible pay 50% of your fee.
If you cancel on the same day or do not contact us, you are responsible to pay 100% of your fee.

・Cancellation within 12 hours of booking confirmation will be free of charge.

・In the case of a whole house rental, there is no charge from the first day of the stay up to 21 days prior to the charter date. 50% from 20 days to 7 days prior to the charter date. 100% from 6 days prior to the charter date or no-show. Please note that this is stricter than usual.
